Thanks to the great generosity of a member of the Friends of the Museum association, the portrait of Jeanne de Parouty by Jean-Baptiste Perronneau has just been returned to the place it occupied for twelve years in the Hôtel de Lalande following a deposit.

Recently published in Dominique D'Arnoult's catalogue raisonné, it will soon feature in the major retrospective devoted to the portraitist by the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Orléans...
