The Greek Festivities

Purchase from the City of Bordeaux - Inv. 82.3.1

Collected in a house in Quinsac in 1982, Les Fêtes grecques were reassembled in the Musée des Arts décoratifs et du Design in Bordeaux. The original succession of the different strips was not always respected, in order to adapt the wallpaper to its new environment. As part of its redevelopment, the museum now wishes to undertake the restoration of this unique collection, in order to restore its coherence and freshness...
