Jacqueline du Pasquier
Art historian Jacqueline de Pasquier was chief curator of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs (Decorative Arts Museum) from 1972 to 2000. She oversaw the building’s refurbishment between 1981 and 1984, including the installation of spaces for temporary exhibitions and a storage facility in the jail.
She has penned a number of authoritative books and catalogues on the Jeanvrot collection and the decorative arts, with a special focus on Bordeaux, miniatures, gold- and silversmithing, ceramics and glass.
