For lunch, the chef Camille works exclusively with local and seasonal products. In the evening, we offer cold cuts (Basque products Pierre Oteiza) and cheeses (Fromagerie chez Delphine), but also vegetarians. Anything that is not made by artisan pork butchers and cheese makers is made by us. To accompany these dishes, an offer of so-called natural and / or biodynamic wines (menu developed with Le Bon Jaja) and craft beers from the best Bordeaux brewers (Azimut and the Butterfly Effect) are to be discovered.
