Many designers are invited as part of the Design Thursdays programme. Once a year, the madd-bordeaux asks one of them to share his thoughts and show a selection of his works. In 2016, the madd-bordeaux has chosen to invite Fabien Cappello, a London-based French designer, who will be presenting a set of lights designed on the basis of research into transparency and a line of thinking about colour, until 25 July. These pieces are being installed in the place of the current lights, in order to illuminate two of the museum’s rooms in a novel way.
